i ordered a pizza and this is the second time iv got it burnt and over cooked, the old pizzas a year ago where 100 times better. not going back

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered food, waited 2 hours for delivery, rang to chase up the order got told "we tried to find you, cannot locate you on gps" we live on a main road and have previously been delivered to by the franchise. Also they said they tried to call - we have no missed calls and have been on reception the entire time.
